Coordinates and prioritizes multiple patients, physicians and staff needs. Transcribes physician orders and provides other unit clerical functions to facilitate quality of patient care. Provides video and electroencephalogram (EEG) monitoring for patients while maintaining the sensitivity for patient’s needs. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

Minimum Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDGraduate of a Certified Nursing Assistant ProgramMinimum Experience RequirementsSix months CNA experience preferred.

Previous experience in a critical care setting desirable

Previous nursing unit secretary or medical office experience, preferred

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Basic computer skillsLicense/CertificationsCurrent CO CNA licenseCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart AssociationPhysical Requirements

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs.constantly
