Responsible for developing and retaining the organization’s direct to employer relationships. The right person for this role will be very familiar with both healthcare and broker/benefit consultant operations, language and roles, will facilitate the retention of employer relationships, the growth of new service line business and other division-specific retention responsibilities as an extension of division leadership as it pertains to direct to employer relationships.
In addition to working with CHES clients as the intermediary between Centura Health and the employer partner the Strategic Account Executive assists employers in identifying the strategies and interventions that will positively impact their corporate wellness plans and goals. These services are expected to include:
Assessment, Review and Evaluation of Employee Health Risks
Fulfillment of Employee Wellness Needs and Alignment with Corporate Wellness Plans & Goals
Identification and Implementation of Appropriate Interventions
Marketing and Program Promotions
Evaluation of Individual and Overall Outcomes
Centura Health’s Employer Solutions (CHES) offers employers a Centura-sponsored clinically integrated network (Colorado Health Neighborhoods (CHN)), population health management competencies and health benefit management capabilities. Centura will collaborate with employer partners and their third-party administrators and brokers to help manage employee health and cost trend through customized solutions based on employer needs.
Will assist in the monitoring of external market dynamics to help balance Centura Health’s strategic market approach and to identify opportunities to expanding current market share. This role will report directly to the Director of Centura Health Employer Solutions.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Bachelor's Degree in business, nursing, healthcare administration, or public health administration from an accredited college or university
Master’s in Health Administration or MBA degree preferred.
5 years of progressive healthcare and account management experience in a multi-site healthcare organization or healthcare specific organization.
Employer Health Field preferred
Physical Requirements - Sedentary Work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert/lift up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
